Your photographer sends a link, a short code or a QR code. Each one opens the same gallery, in the browser or in the Glowsake app.
Way 1
Tap the link
The quickest way. Gallery links are short and start with glsk.to.
Find the email or text from your photographer and tap the glsk.to link.
With the Glowsake app installed, it opens there. Otherwise it opens a page in your browser.
On that page, tap View gallery on the web, or keep the code for the app.
Example message
Hi Jane! Your wedding photos are ready.
glsk.to/A7kP2Mq9x
Code: A7kP2Mq9x
Way 2
Type the code
Handy when the link is on another device or printed on a card.
Look for the code under the link, on a card or under a QR code.
Type it in the box here, on glowsake.com, or in the app under Enter gallery code.
Capital letters matter: A7kP2Mq9x is not a7kp2mq9x.
Way 3
Scan the QR
For prints, cards and signs at your event.
Open your phone camera and point it at the code. Tap the banner that appears.
In the Glowsake app, use Scan QR code on the home screen instead.
On a computer? The gallery link page shows a QR code: scan it with your phone to carry on there.
This one really scans. It opens glsk.to, where you can type any gallery code.
JUST INSTALLED GLOWSAKE?
Go back to your link. It opens right in the app.
Phones do not hand the link you tapped to an app you install afterwards, so Glowsake will not open your gallery on its own the first time. Open the same link again, scan the QR again, or type the code in the app.
Tip: before installing, use Send my gallery link to me on the gallery page. The link waits in your inbox.
Free for clients. Galleries come from your photographer.
Installfrom the button above
Reopen your linkin the same email, text or QR
It opens in Glowsakein your photographer's style
Questions
Do I need the app?+
No. Every gallery link opens in your web browser too. The app keeps galleries from all your photographers together and can save them for offline viewing.
I installed the app. Why did my gallery not open by itself?+
Phones do not pass the link you tapped into an app you install afterwards. Open the same link again (or scan the QR again) and it opens in Glowsake. On iPhone this is how every app works; Glowsake does not pretend otherwise.
My code does not work.+
Check capital letters: codes are case-sensitive, so A7kP2Mq9 is different from a7kp2mq9. Event codes printed on signs are the exception and work in any case. If it still fails, the link may have expired or been turned off: ask your photographer for a new one.
Does Glowsake read my clipboard or track me?+
No. Glowsake never reads your clipboard to find a code, does not use advertising identifiers and does not follow you across apps. The camera is only used while the QR scanner is open.
How do I report a photo or gallery?+
Use Report in the gallery menu or the photo viewer in the app, or the Report link at the bottom of any Glowsake page. You do not need an account, and the studio is never told who reported it. Our Content Policy at glowsake.com/content-policy explains what is not allowed.
Still stuck? Write to us, or ask your photographer to resend the link. Something wrong with a gallery? Report it.
